About Submilli

Submilli is an open-source runtime for code written by AI agents. You define the permissions; the runtime checks which operations the code can perform, on which resources, and with which arguments. Programs run in WebAssembly isolation, with access controlled through Blueprints and trusted Packages.

Submilli runs in process: embed it in your application, or connect to the server through HTTP or MCP. Lightweight WebAssembly instances provide fast startup and a small memory footprint, so more agent runs can share a server without a separate VM or container for each one. Agents can compose calls to your services, process intermediate data, and return a focused result.
